Dortoir Clierzou : lits simples (sans draps)

High-quality, fully equipped 42 m² dormitory, located on the first floor of the property. It can accommodate up to 12 guests in 8 beds.

It includes:

• 4 double beds (140 x 200 cm), arranged as two sets of bunk beds, providing accommodation for 8 guests
• 4 single beds (90 x 200 cm), arranged as two sets of bunk beds, providing accommodation for 4 guests
• Two shower rooms, each with two washbasins, and 2 private toilets
• A private lockable wardrobe for each bed
• 2 desks
• 2 bench seats
• Coat hooks, storage niches and bedside shelves with space for charging mobile phones

Bed linen (duvet) and towels are available at an additional charge.

Beds are rented individually.

From €40 per single bed (rates vary depending on the season).

The entire dormitory can also be privately booked for exclusive use.

Guests have free access to all the property's shared areas:

• A cosy lounge with modular seating
• A dining room and a fully equipped kitchen
• Three private terraces: two on the ground floor and one landscaped terrace on the first floor
• A bar open to the public
• A shop selling regional products
• Approximately 5,000 m² of enclosed landscaped grounds
• A private car park with 18 spaces
